As a consumer I never felt so taking advantage of like i did today. Mr. Stas Worked on a my few days before hurricane Milton struck, as a first time... buyer he was so nice and pleasant, but I noticed the following day the screen was a little loose and everytime I would tap the screen my phone LCD lights would start flicking , that’s when I remember Mr.Stats mentioning a warranty that the company provide for all their customers and wouldn’t forget me because he is the only one that works in the building.So I grab a few business card and went on my way. Today I stopped by due it being my only day off since then. Explained to Mr.Stas what was happening with device and unfortunately the fell on the way in. I informed him I was trying to get a hold of him about LCD but hadn’t realized I was calling outside office because the business hours (11-7) however it was not listed on the business card so I assumed it would be regular business hours, I work at a hospital barely have the days off after explaining myself and what happened he was very dismissive, showed no empathy for the Day I was having and continued to laugh in my face. He was speaking to me as if what I was describing was offensive to him and his craft. He did acknowledge that he may have sold me a defective screen and it couldve been an error with the installation when it came to the LCD despite the fact he still wanted me to pay for a screen in full. Which i question him about. but He kept reminding me how he didn’t care about what happened or my personal life, he gave me a price told me he was done talking about it I no longer had trust in the company due to how he was behaving I ask if would be able to purchase the screen but would go somewhere else to fix it ,because of my question he called me disrespectful and laughed in my face and said “why would I sell you a screen and let you to pay another business to fix it”. Eugene which was another staff tried to help Mr.Stas understand my point of view , but unfortunately Mr.Stas ego was too involved in the conversation to listen to any voice reason. My was Kids in school, I’m 1hr away from home I had other important thing to tends to , Under duress I paid to have my phone repair. After paying to get my phone repaired the receipt T/C showed it wasn’t an unreasonable request to purchase just the screen.Leaving that building I feel like he was only pleasant on our first interaction because he wanted to make a sell or maybe because I had guy with me. Anyway i felt so embarrassed and disrespected by the end of today’s encounter .i couldn’t believe how I was being treated.it was definitely uncalled forread more

Can we say these people are awesome!! We were traveling from Virginia as we do a couple times a year .. I put my car seat down and it smashed my... daughter tablet .. we were headed to the outlet and I gave them a call to see if they had anything in stock to purchase and they did !! The lady who owes it is super sweet told us she was from Canada.. and the younger guy was very knowledgeable these people are great we definitely recommend..read more

Although there are so many good reviews here, unfortunately I CAN'T RECOMMEND this place. Took my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max fully working to replace... the back panel and battery. After the service was done the phone reboots every almost 3 minutes. How come these guys manage to damage the phone's main board on such a common procedure? In fact they were serious enough to refund the value I paid, about $260, but when I took it to Apple I've had to pay $499 plus taxes to completely replace the back panel, including battery, board and everything else. And I'm sure it was not the first time it happened, because when we were at the place, there was a woman with a similar issue on her phone. One thing I noticed is that they give customers a $5 discount when posting a good review here on Maps, that can explain so many good reviews...read more

I had such a great experience with UNIFIX. The repair only took 30 mins to complete. I didn’t need to worry about setting an appointment or missing... an appointment etc just walked in! I went to their winter park location so I just went to a store or two and waited for my phone to be completed. They have really good quality screen protectors and cases as well you can tell the different compared to other competitors. I’m so glad all screen fixes have a 6 month warranty just in case anything happens that’s a really nice piece of mind.read more

Brought my iPad in for glass replacement, repaired but when I checked it in parking lot certain parts didn’t work correctly, brought back in and... glass again had to be replaced. Came back same day and they replaced glass and all is well! 6 month warranty! Just an added note picked up Saturday back on Tuesday home button not working! I hope these problems are just flukes because I don’t live around the corner and 6 months will come around pretty fast. Retained next day and so far so good!read more
